The Westminster Shorter Catechism was written at the Westminster Assembly during 1646 and 1647. It was written as a discipleship tool for instruction in the basics of the Christian faith. Firmly rooted in the teaching of Scripture, there is much benefit to study it today, hence our use of it for this catechism series.
